  Peerless Price - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Peerless LeCross Price (born October 27, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio) is an American football wide receiver, currently playing for the Buffalo Bills.
Price was lightly recruited coming out of Meadowdale High School in spite of being a high school All-American and was considered a spare part when he enrolled at the University of Tennessee in 1995.
Over his 103-game career, Peerless Price has 4811 yards receiving with 28 touchdowns, and has a perfect 1-for-1 passing record, when he passed for 25 yards in 2004, when he played for the Atlanta Falcons.

Like Dave has already said, Price is a good WR, he is NOT a great WR, he will help Atlanta, but putting them in the SB may be a little premature, especially since the gap between them and the SB winner(a member of there division was so great).

The short pass play to evans on 2 and 6 was meant to go to Price but Peerless NEVER turned to look for the ball J.P. did good to check off to the opposite sideline and hit Lee on the sidelines to try and gain something on the play.
Peerless has never been realiable to run the assigned routes and likes to freelance way to much.
Recent example J.P.'s first int against S.D. on the rollout play Peerless had to know the play was to him but seemed surprised J.P. threw the ball to him.

Remember, Price has never been a #1 receiver in the NFL before, and didn't have a breakout year until the Bills got a QB who could get the ball to him, and an offense that wants to go deep more often than not when they pass.
He also said Donohue was ecstatic(sp) about this trade becaue they went in thinking that they could hopefully get a high 2nd round pick for Price and Atlanta ended up accepting Buffalos first offer(the first round pick).
