Norwin Star North Huntingdon commissioners at their meeting last week voted to make the rear access road into the plaza from Pennsylvania Avenue a two-way street again. In January, township commissioners made the opening of the road onto Pennsylvania Avenue to two-way traffic as a requirement for a Wal-Mart plaza to be built on nearby Barnes Lake Road.
