According to Sallee, a reason he feels the conference is destined for resounding success is that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the fall of Apartheid in South Africa.
Christian P. Lodewyk, the conference director, explained that traveling to South Africa is relatively easy as no visas or shots are required and there is no language problem.
