Perambalur district recorded 63 per cent pass in the Plus-Two examinations held in March this year, results of which were announced today.
Vasu said Perambalur educational district registered 78 per cent pass (2,018 students emerging successful out of a total 2,594), while Ariyalur educational district recorded 61 per cent pass (1,749 out of 2,848) and the Udayarpalayam educational district achieved 54 per cent pass (2,088 out of 3,901).
The Perambalur revenue district comprised Perambalur, Ariyalur and Udayarpalayam educational districts.
