The Chimeraclass is an official starshipclass of the Star Trek universe, however, we do not know the actual design, but only the names and some basic facts about the ships of this class.

The Light Attack Craft is adapted from the PeregrineClass Courier, a concept adopted from the Maquis at the beginning of the Dominion War.
The PeregrineClass is manufactured by the same shipbuilding consortium as the larger Ju'Day Class, for which it is sometimes mistaken at visual ranges.
They are, however, capable of landing on a planetary surface or in a hangar bay by folding its wings, thus allowing the belly pads to contact the deck, and are generally ferried to fleet staging areas aboard larger starships to prevent crew fatigue and minimise wear and tear on their drive systems.

That design was the Nebulaclassstarship in its original form as built by Ed Miarecki using parts from ERTL's 1/1400 and 1/2500 scale Enterprise D model kits.

The Peregrine-class are small starships used by Starfleet to act as couriers and fighters.
By the late 2360's and early 2370's these craft were used by the Maquis as a modified, lightly armed interceptor for raids against the Cardassians in the Demilitarized Zone.
Chakotay's raider was given the name Liberty in the Voyager novel 'Pathways', the Star Trek Fact Files however give it's name as Zola.
These are replacement parts (5 clear, 3 opaque) that allows the model builder to build their DS9 Defiantstarship with lighting.
These parts are for model builders who will not be lighting up their Excesior ClassStarship.
The art is color laser printed onto clear 8.5x11 decal paper that the model builder can use to add to the model kit supplied markings or other after market decals made by JT Graphics that feature registry names and numbers.

Notice the mysterious Yeager ClassStarship in the background of the picture above, which appears to be a strange combination of an Intrepid class primary hull and the Peregrineclass secondary hull.
