		Meade County is a county located in the state of South Dakota.
		The county is divided into seven townships: Dakota, Eagle, Howard, Lakeside, Smithville, and Upper Red Owl; and three areas of unorganized territory: Belle Fourche-Cheyenne Valleys, North Meade, and Southwest Meade.
		In the county, the population is spread out with 28.40% under the age of 18, 10.60% from 18 to 24, 29.60% from 25 to 44, 21.00% from 45 to 64, and 10.40% who are 65 years of age or older.
