		Permafrost is the name of a one-off fictional character from the animated US television series Static Shock.
		Static arrives and melts all the ice, but almost immediately has to dodge the raining stalactites, but he powers up and melts them, goes looking for the Bang-Baby responsible, the only person he sees is a homeless girl with light blue skin, asking for any change.
		Permafrost tracks Static down at a tree-lighting ceremony, determined to get her photograph back, after an exchange of attacks, he manages to get through to her; having lost his own mother, he knew the kind pain she was going through.

		For me Mind jolt (bought adept1) does anywhere from 50-90 damage, and Ego Shock normally does 50-70 damage.
		Ego Shock Apprentice 3 do around 84-88 damage and root target....
