  Settlement Agreement - Between The United States of America and Perry County, Kentucky
Within three (3) months of the effective date of this Agreement, the County will survey its facilities for the purpose of identifying those that have multiple entrances, not all of which are accessible, and install signage, which directs visitors with disabilities to the accessible entrance as required by 28 C.F.R. § 35.163(b).

PERRY COUNTY - Absentee balloting for the Nov. 7 general election begins statewide Tuesday but Perry County voters wanting to get a head start can cast their votes as early as today.
Perry County is one of the few county courthouses open on Columbus Day, County Clerk Debbie Weatherholt said Friday, allowing local absentee balloting to begin at 9 a.m.
For the first time, the county's absentee voters casting ballots in person will use new electronic voting machines, Weatherholt said.
