 Perry White recast? - The Planet
I'm not sure how he was in all the comic adaptations, but i certainly got used to a kind of rough, no nonsense Perry from the 78' movies.
You don't have to be a raving lunatic to run a newspaper and you could see that the people at the Planet respected him (with the possible exception of Lois who just wouldn't shut up lol) without him having to raise his voice.
If I had to chose Perry White it would be this guy, soley based off his performace in Apollo 13.
