This year the Perth Royal Show will be celebrating its 100th anniversary and will run from the 2nd till the 9th of October 2004 at the Claremont Showgrounds.
As all Australian Royal Shows, including the Sydney Royal Show, the Melbourne Royal Show and the Adelaide Royal Show, history is displayed.
Tickets to this years Perth Royal Show are FREE for children 0-15 with a Sunday Times Coupon (an initiative from the Premiere DR Geoff Gallop), students under 18 and pensioner concession to $18 for adults 16 years and older.

The Perth Royal Show will be extended to nine days this year to launch its new $1.8 million amphitheatre-styled arena.
Royal Agricultural Society president Lou Giglia said the show had been extended from September 29 to October 7 for an extra day on a trial basis.
For the first time a family show pass is on sale for $46 for two adults and two children.

Te Rakau stud principals Maria and Robert Wood hold the supreme Texel and champion Texel ewe of the Perth Royal Show 2005.
The Woods were delighted to win the broad ribbon for breed supreme and grand champion ram with a brother to 'Freddie' who, although retired from the show ring, was a three-time supreme champion at the Perth Royal.
