Peter Fluck is angry - Times Online
The less dangerous man was Peter Fluck, who, in his Fluck and Law days, was the scourge of the Tory establishment with the TV satire Spitting Image.
It was a balmy day and Peter and I were enjoying a glass of wine or two in the garden of his home on The Lizard, Cornwall.
I left Peter pondering his options and reflected that there could not be a more damning indictment of what New Labour has become than for its chief to be immortalised by the men who brought us Spitting Image.

 Spitting Image
Fluck and Law built separate careers in magazine illustration, and Law took two commissions in the music business that yielded classic album covers: The Jimi Hendrix Experience as Hindu deities for "Axis: Bold as Love," and "The Who Sell Out," for which Roger Daltrey posed sitting in a bathtub filled with baked beans.
He thought a political television program using puppets or animation might be a good investment, and he proposed to front Fluck and Law the capital for a pilot episode (thus the credit at the end of each episode: "From an original lunch by Martin Lambie-Nairn.").
For the next round, Fluck and Law were obliged to caricature entertainment and sports figures as well, and the show's fortunes immediately improved.

Other people's remains end up in attics and cellars and dumps but these are objects of art as well as remnants of an era so they have wound up in Sotheby's, en route to new homes.
After the sale Law will be off to Australia again but in the meantime he's in his studio in Lime-house Cut, preparing for a show at the Rebecca Hossack Gallery in the autumn.
