		Peter Grant, (April 5, 1935 – November 21, 1995) was a manager for The Yardbirds, Led Zeppelin, and Bad Company, a record executive for Swan Song Records, and was responsible for improving pay and conditions for musicians in dealings with concert promoters.
		Grant was born in the south London suburb of South Norwood, Surrey, England.
		Grant was buried on December 4, 1995 at St. Peter and St. Paul's churchyard, Hellingly, Sussex.

		Grant had suffered from sever depression since his divorce from his beloved wife, the tragic circumstances involving Zeppelin from 76 to 80, the death of Bonham, etc. All of this happening within the same time frame.
		Grant was very ill, and having lost a ton of weight...looking very thin and fragile..
		Grant should have had an entire ISSUE devoted to him, instead he got a small, all but forgotten 'blurb.' Once again, ROLLING STONE magazine disgraces the greatest manager of the greatest band of all time.
