Peter McNeeley vs. Larry Menefee (January 11, 1998)
Eleven days into the new year and we already have a strong contender for the "Worst Fight Of The Year." It proved to be an epic struggle in which Peter McNeeley, known for his first round destruction at the hands of Mike Tyson, squared off with Larry Menefee, a doughy heavyweight from Oklahoma.

McNeeley (224, 1998) six-and-one since losing to Tyson, chased Menefee, 20, around the ring while the younger boxer continued to stick his tongue out at the Boston slugger.
