Peter is a player who can make things happen out of nothing and turn a game in an instant with a piece of his own personal creativity.
His rugby career began with Jonny Wilkinson playing mini rugby at Farnham rugby club before they both went to Lord Wandsworth College, Hampshire, and worked their way through the age groups as the schools half-back combination.
Peter went on to play for London Irish and NEC Harlequins before moving to Italy for a year and playing for Benetton Treviso.

Peter Charles Richards (born 10 March 1978 in Portsmouth) is an English rugby union player, who plays for Gloucester.
A very versatile player, he has played in any one of three positions - scrum half, his preferred role, fly-half and centre.
Richards is included in England's 2006 Tour of Australia and is scheduled to get his first Test cap when they face the Wallabies.
