The exact date of the show is in dispute but from my research it was performed on 12/20/1970.
The sound quality is decent and listenable given the times and the occasion and has some interesting versions of some Grateful Dead songs that are heavily influenced by Crosby's rhythm guitar, which to me provides a nice twist.
Crosby spent time with The Grateful Dead in the early 70's and this show is a result of that relationship.
