Gingrey attributed the nation's economic downslide since the spring of 2000 to a "trifecta of blows" including the burst of the high-tech bubble on Wall Street, the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks and that tragedy's economic aftermath.
Gingrey said Bush's tax cut is just the economic stimulus the nation needs to bring it out of its slump.
