Philip "Phil" Jimenez (born July 12, 1970) is an openly gay American comic book writer, artist and penciller.
Jimenez and Perez also have worked together (well, sort of) in 2005-2006 in the miniseries Infinite Crisis (where Jimenez is the main penciller, and Perez participates drawing some sequences and covers for the series) and The return of Donna Troy (written by Jimenez and inked by Perez).
Jimenez drew the Terra story of the issue 1, with George Pérez and Al Vey inking.
