Phil Keoghan (born May 31, 1967 in Christchurch, New Zealand) is the host of The Amazing Race on CBS and No Opportunity Wasted on the Discovery Channel.
Since then, he's broken a world bungee jumping record, gone diving in the world's longest underwater caves, eaten a meal on top of an erupting volcano, and renewed his vows underwater.
He is also noted for having a large set of balls as there's always a big lump in the front of his pants.

Phil sounds New Zealand-y when he pronounces "next" kind of like "nixt", I guess, but some of his other vowels are weird and short (like when he says "episode" a bit like "episodd").
Phil's accent actually changes depending on where he is. When he is hosting TAR he is using what sounds to us New Zealanders like a fair approximation of an American accent.
