Philadelphia has been home to many people of note, the most famous of whom is probably Ben Franklin, who along with the others in the Continental Congresses helped shape the city along with the country and the world.

The Philadelphia Quakers were a National Hockey League team that played only one full season, 1930-31, at the Philadelphia Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Leonard then requested permission to temporarily move to Philadelphia as the Quakers (from the historical importance of the religious community in the founding of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania) until a new arena was built in Pittsburgh.
At the end of that season (1930-31), the Quakers, along with the Ottawa Senators, announced that they would not field a team for the 1931-32 NHL season, leaving Philadelphia without an NHL team until the arrival of the Flyers in 1967.

I never really noticed them but in this arena some ones strobes were really getting annoying as they were shooting almost ever 2 seconds during the action and you really saw the flash.
For instance, an arena football game likely has a much darker background (turf) than a basketball game (light-colored wood) or hockey game (white ice), so you'd be more likely to notice the screen going from sorta dark to REALLYREALLY bright.
I will be at the Philadelphia Soul game this coming weekend in the Spectrum and will take notice live and also tape the game as a reference to review when I get home.
