It's a play Bosco knows well, having earned a Tony nomination for playing Boss Mangan opposite Rex Harrison's Shotover 23 years ago, the first of his two Tony nods for Shaw plays (the second was for You Never Can Tell in 1987, when he played the Waiter).
Bosco's Tony history hints at the range of his career: His first nomination came in 1961 for The Rape of the Belt and he was twice nominated for comedies by Ken Ludwig (Moon Over Buffalo in 1996 and his Tony-winning performance in Lend Me a Tenor in 1989).
