 Howard Phillips Biography
Howard Phillips founded the U.S. Taxpayers Party (USTP) in 1992 to offer America leadership committed to restoring the Federal Republic to its delegated, enumerated Constitutional functions and returning American jurisprudence to its original "common law" Biblical foundations.
Phillips was nominated in 1992 and 1996 to be the USTP candidate for President of the United States.
Married, with six children ranging in age from 18 to 39, and 15 grandchildren, Phillips left the Republican Party in 1974 after some two decades of service to the GOP as precinct worker, election warden, campaign manager, Congressional aide, Boston Republican Chairman, and assistant to the Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

 Howard Phillips Whateley?
For decades, both fans and scholars of Howard Philips Lovecraft alike have bemoaned the fact that Lovecraft never wrote his autobiography beyond two very short pieces (and another within a letter) that were published in 1992 by S.T. Joshi in his “H.P. Lovecraft Autobiographical Writings” (Necronomicon Press) chapbook.
Should this be the case, his readers cannot help be grateful that he had the courage to corrupt minds at least in one format.

Although the national media has totally ignored the Constitution Party (as well as the Libertarian and Reform parties), what is encouraging is the fact that the party faithful are building a political organization that will place candidates in elections at every level.
This would be a daunting task, and it is the task that Howard Phillips has taken upon himself to carry out.

Horror Movie Review | Beyond Re-Animator (2003) Jeffrey Combs, Brian Yuzna
Forced to confine his re-animation experiments (that is, bringing the dead back to life) using rats and primitive equipment, West gets renewed enthusiasm when young doctor Howard Philips (Jason Barry) arrives as the prison's new doctor and asks for West's assistance.
And because "Beyond" was shot exclusively in Spain like director Yuzna's previous film "Faust: Love of the Damned", the majority of the actors are Spanish -- including the reporter, the warden, and probably all of the prisoners.
Pataky is also in the middle of most of the movie's oozing eroticism, especially since she sleeps with Howard and is constantly fending off the lecherous warden.

It would be one more dagger in the heart of the principle of accountability, which is the very core of our system of government as envisioned by the founders.
