He’s contributing more to the Phillies offense than Abreu because, despite the fact that the team leads the NL in OBP, they aren’t scoring runs because nobody is really hitting the ball with any authority.
He’s the Phillies MVP clearly and I don’t think there is a better man at the pivot in the entire NL.
Again, the Phillies are roughly in line in terms of OBP (the bigger component to GPA), but well-off in slugging percentage (the component to ISO).
