		Phineas Nigellus Black (1847-1926), more commonly known as Phineas Nigellus, is a fictional character in the Harry Potter series, the great-great-grandfather of Sirius Black and said to be the least popular headmaster Hogwarts ever had (though it is possible Dolores Umbridge has since usurped this title).
		Phineas' portrait hangs in the headmaster's office along with the portraits of the other ex-headmasters and headmistresses.
		Phineas Nigellus and his wife, Ursula Flint, are the oldest known ancestors of the "Ancient and Noble House of Black".

		Phineas was hilarious--I liked how he and Snape both seem to have a pretty good grasp on Harry right off the bat...I mean, ya, Snape never did give Harry a chance, but I do sometimes feel he's pretty accurate when calling Harry on his BS, even if he does seem a bit....vindictive.
