		This project was managed in a unique manner to meet the aggressive completion date, while maintaining restrictive document handling procedures (no posting or e-mailing of design documentation among other restrictions) as well as sensitivity to the historical nature of this landmark building.
		The final phase of this project was the development of comprehensive tenant fit out with the new tenant requirements developed in light of the September 11 attack.
		This reconstruction project required continual interactivity to immediately respond to rapidly changing requirements from the Department of Defense in response to knowledge being gained from the continuing investigation of the September 11 attack.
