		Installations of the versions specified are vulnerable to attacks in which the attacker gains the ability to execute arbitrary commands (and code) on the remote web server with the permissions of the web server user, typically 'nobody'.
		phpMyAdmin is not designed for use on the Internet (this is stated in the documentation) and in its most basic configuration users do not have to log in, they simply have to know the url of the installation.
		Even though the documentation states phpMyAdmin should not be used on the Internet many users have done so, relying on the Advanced authentication to prevent anonymous users accessing the databases.
