Ewapower Ab oy was founded in 1996 by waste management companies ASJ and Ekorosk owned by the towns of Vaasa and Pietarsaari and by adjacent municipalities, as well as by the package material manufacturer WalkiWisa owned by UPM-Kymmene Corporation.

HELSINKI, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Jaro Pietarsaari will return to the Finnish First Division next year after a thrilling second-leg victory over FC Jokerit on Sunday, condemning one of the biggest-spending clubs to a season out of the top league.
Jaro, who were relegated from the First Division in 1998, won 4-3 away, taking the two-leg playoff 5-4 on aggregate.
The Pietarsaari side will join FC Hameenlinna, who were promoted directly following a two-leg victory over Jaro earlier this month, in the First Division next year.

During my studies and afterwords I have worked as a teacher in music theory, the last period 1993-1995 for the Pietarsaari Conservatory of Music.
My compositions have been performed in Helsinki, Jakobstad, Kuopio, Lahti, Lohtaja, Mariehamn, Mikkeli, Oulu, Porvoo, Turku in Finland, Aarhus and Copenhagen in Denmark.

I live in Pietarsaari (about 2 km from the central Pietarsaari) in a terrace house with two floors.
I don't know exactly what is the right word in english for this kind of living conditions, in my dictionary it is terrace house (description: an apartment with a little garden built side by side with other apartments).
Actually I lived 18 years in the middle of the forest.
