		In ASA, with the exception of the top of the first inning, the courtesy runner can only be used for the pitcher of record (the player who actually pitched to end the previous inning or half inning), and not for the player who will be coming in to pitch in the next inning.

		In my very first game using the new OOTP6, I tried to pinch run for my DH, yet when it went back to the game screen, I was disappointed to still see the original DH in the game standing on first instead of the pinch runner.
		I forget if the pinch runner showed up in the line-up card or not though.
		Whenever you switch someone in for the DH, the replacement won't occur until the next time thru the order even though the switch shows up in the lineup.
