  Pinglish : ALL THINGS PAKISTAN
One of my favorite post ‘categories’ on ATP is something we call ‘Pinglish.’ While we have not been able to post as many things under this category as we had hoped to, I have enjoyed putting together these posts on ‘Pinglish, Urdish or Engdu?‘, on ‘GanDeri’, and on more.
The headline used for this photograph by the Daily Times was just too good not to reproduce above.
I do not know if this qualifies as Pinglish or not but the typo - ‘over’ instead of ‘our’; the misplaced space in ‘Friend Ship’; and the grammar slippage in ‘with Pak-China’ are so very charming […]

Whenever people from here went to the U.S. and came back, they put on heavy American accents, or what they thought to be an American accent, even if they had lived here all their lives and were in America for just a month or two.
I first heard Pinglish being spoken by my two young aunts who were at home doing nothing after their college education.
My aunts spoke Pinglish giggling all the while when they didn't want me to know what they were talking about.

Volume of the SMS messages sent in Iran has increased noticeably with the expansion of the country’s mobile phone networks and according to TCI statistics any Iranian subscriber sends two SMSes per day on the average that is an acceptable figure compared to respective world records.
Yet, some 90% of the SMSes are sent in “Pinglish” (Persian language scribed using English alphabet), which shows the extent of problems in usage of Persian language while using mobile sets.
Predicting the future status of Persian texts and language in future mobile phone systems and generations, proposed strategies, and a roadmap are among the parts of this report.

Later, the dead body was taken back to Pinglish and buried amid allegations of "custodial killing of an innocent civilian" by Police and security forces.

Of course his gripe is the way the English language has metamorphosed into a hotchpotch language with it assimilating words from all over the world.
In India we have our own versions of Hinglish, Pinglish and Binglish.
I don’t think there is anything wrong in it as long the entire meaning is not twisted.
