Discipline is an integral part in many aspects of teaching.
Teachers have to stay consistent with their discipline or students will start to see loopholes and try to get away with more and more as time passes.
Praising those that are on task and working properly should eliminate many problems from occurring and it should encourage all students to behave in that manner.
