		Since my previous mention of Playaway Digital's new audiobook/player combo, I have been in touch with the their Director of Marketing, John Lotenero who was kind enough to ship me one.
		The earphones are of average sound quality, not bad, but not spectacular although acceptable; it's likely that you'll want to probably use your own very good set to enhance your enjoyment.

	Foxwoods Threatens Litigation Over PlayAway Decition
		Associated Press reports this week suggest that Foxwoods is far from happy with the Connectict state ban on their new PlayAway Internet game (see Online-Casinos.com and InfoPowa bulletins last week) and is prepared to resort to litigation if necessary.
		Officials at Foxwoods say they will delay but not cancel the game's launch and suggest the issue might have to be settled in court.
