Pleasure Island, located in the Downtown Disney area is Disney's own brand of nightlife for adults only, and is a complex of bars, dance halls and night clubs, designed to resemble a renovated old rundown harbour port.
Pleasure Island also houses The Adventurers Club, a not to be missed continuous show housed in a building reminiscent of the Victorian explorers clubs.
Pleasure Island is an excellent reason to use Disney's transportation....Drink all you want at the clubs, but let Disney's bus drivers take you back to your resort to sleep off the hangover.

Pleasure Island is a section of themed nightclubs at the Walt Disney World Resort within the Downtown Disney shopping, dining and entertainment district.
However, these unsupervised children smoke, drink alcohol and generally misbehave, and are eventually punished by being changed into donkeys that have to work in salt mines.
According to the lore created by Walt Disney Imagineering, the island's nightclubs were once home to a shipping company owned by adventurous businessman Merriweather Pleasure.
