While Pluto's actual canine breed is a subject of dispute, in his appearance as Minnie's dog, Rover, it was as a 'bloodhound.' This probably still holds true.
Pluto is presented in so many cartoons as seemingly living with Minnie and her pets which tends to strengthen the idea that they are indeed one big happy family.
