 | | A little more question: The thing which is probably lacking in most education today, on the secondary and university level, is an actual study of history, in the sense that history was presented as a course in better universities and secondary schools, in the United States, years ago--for example, in my generation. |
 | | The state was depopulated, in part, because young people left the state, to go to other parts of the country, to get jobs. |
 | | So, the states are in that position, and they need the help of the Federal government, to take changes, which will enable these states to go through a process of recovery. |
