Perhaps the girls from Plymstock school should start their project by reviewing what might be socil behaviour before they consider the antithesis.I suspect that patterns of acceptable appropriate or tolerable behaviour vary through almost 180degrees according to place time age education and social category.
Any Plymstock suspects should have their mugshots blown up and taped to every tree and lampost so that they are recognised wherever they go and eventually chose to move elsewhere.
Plymstock needs more life, a swimming leisure complex, decent playing fields, more sports and social clubs, more access to water sports and above all the dynamism to pull itself out of its bland boring genteel goodie goodie outlook.Its just one huge tangle of indifferent housing eastates without a flicker of fun.

Plymstock was for centuries governed by the Vicar, Churchwardens, Petty Constable, Overseer of the Poor and Surveyor of Highways, with the practical support of the Parish Clerk.
Thus, the Plymstock Parish Council was elected on December 4th 1894 and took over responsibility for most of the matters previously dealt with by the Vestry.
Unlike the Vestries, this form of local government lasted less than a hundred years as from April 1st 1967 the Parish Council was dissolved when Plymstock was amalgamated in to the City of Plymouth.

Ms Whillock read an article in the Plympton, Plymstock and Ivybridge News last week and was angry that SHARD members had been attempting to promote development in the area.
This is what Ms Whillock believes to be important, as this is what came out of the mouths of Plymstock residents and not of those who are concerned with the conservation of the South Hams.
