	PocketPC Hands-on Review
		I had the good fortune on 19 April to be at Comdex in Chicago the day Microsoft released their new PocketPC line, and had the chance to play with some of their new devices.
		PocketPC is Microsoft's name for their new version 3.0 of the Windows CE OS, designed for "consumer" devices.
		PocketPC, like all previous versions of CE, lets you easily change how much of the system is dedicated to "active" programs and how much is left for "storage." Programs are copied from "storage" RAM to "active" RAM to run, and then stay there until closed, just like a hard disk vs. RAM on a PC.

		OS supported: PocketPC 2002 and 2003 versions can be purchased through Handango for $50 (2003 version is sold as for Dell Axim but I expect it will work with other PPC2003 PDA's as well.
		HP information on their website tells h41xx and h43xx come with Jeode as well but their support team admitts it doesn't.

		To port a Tk app to a PocketPC, consider that the screen is only 240x320 pixels, of which the top menu bar and at least the bottom right corner are not at the app's disposition.
		Windows CE predated by far the PocketPC interface, and its default interface is akin to a shrunken Windows 95, originally made for clamshell Handheld PCs that have wide, short displays.
		I think we should accept that Tk windows really can't look or work like true PocketPC ones, and exploit it by just allowing users to resize and move their windows and consider it a feature.
