 | | As the nature, history and experience of the respective management authorities differs between the three countries, it is urgently suggested that they work more closely together in order to coordinate their respective management approaches and interventions. |
 | | The Nature Park authorities, in coordination with the relevant sectoral authorities, are urged to change and improve current management practices, in order to avoid further detrimental consequences of human interventions inside the Nature Park, notably concerning water management, river regulation, wetland drainage, forest clear-cutting and plantation, and hunting activities. |
 | | Finally, pragmatic and objective-oriented cooperation with the managers of the Gornje Podunavlje Special Nature Reserve on the Serbian side of the Danube floodplain is strongly suggested. |
