		POLANGUI, Albay -- Basmati, said to be one of the world's most aromatic rice varieties, is now planted in the Bicol region and has started to capture the discriminating taste of Bicolanos.

		In an interview with the BM, General Santos said militia men were taken from two separate places in Camalig town.
