Police Story 2 is a little better, with a clear difference in performance between the DTS and Dolby Digital mixes.
Police Story has a five-minute segment called NG Shots, which is mostly behind-the-scenes footage from many of Jackie's movies, mostly showing flubs and mistakes.
Police Story 3 has a 17-minute interview with director Stanley Tong (who looked like he was 22-years-old when he made the movie, certainly much younger than Chan).

Police Story 2 opens with clips from the first movie that look sharper and more vibrant than the same shots in the transfer for that movie, so clearly there was some room for improvement.
I expected Police Story 3, the most recent and highest budgeted of the films, to look the best, but was surprised to find that it has a lot of edge enhancement artifacts, which I didn't find with the first two movies.
Police Story gets a 5-minute segment called NG Shots that appears to be an assemblage of EPK behind-the-scenes footage (from many of Jackie's movies), with an emphasis on flubs.

 Police Story 3: Supercop review
Its intriguing and complex story (a rarity in Jackie's films), humour, martial arts, and jaw-dropping action scenes, especially in the spectacular climax set on the streets of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, are perfectly brought together by director Stanley Tong to create a movie that even James Bond would be proud of.
The inclusion of Asian (and now international) superstar Michelle Yeoh is the icing on the cake, with what she does in the film leading many to say she is actually the "supercop" of the title.
The complex but fast-moving story is reminiscent of a James Bond mission, but filled with the action typical of Chan's style.

The third instalment of the excellent Police Story movies is completely different than it's predecessors and has a completely detached storyline.

All of this drama is tightly woven together in a layered story that unravels as the movie progresses to reveal motivations and agendas, both good and ill. In other words, not all is as it seems.
