Right now, the political power in New Jersey lies in the hands of a few.  In order for the citizens of New Jersey to have a true impact on the decision-making of their elected officials, the political parties must be reformed.
The "party bosses" are calling the shots and exerting their influence on our elected officials.  They put their loyalists in the committee seats, which enable them to run the parties.
How can they do this?  Because right now, ¼ of the committee seats throughout our state are vacant!  Everyday people like yourself are not running for these seats, because they are not aware that they exist, or what they actually do.
