Then at the Salem polling station at Nyinahin, there were no security and when the GNA enquired from Mr John Osei Bonsu, the presiding officer, he said the policeman who was supposed to be at the polling station was manning five other polling stations alone.
He also bemoaned the absent of security personnel at the polling station at about 0930 hours and said even though the atmosphere generally was peaceful the presence of security personnel would go a long way to ensure that the voting went on successfully.
