Over the last decade and a half, energy efficiency advocates have achieved significant success working with regulators and equipment manufacturers to transform the market for integral-horsepower (hp), polyphase motors—the workhorses of industry.
These motors are produced in both single and polyphase configurations, and are ubiquitous in commercial and industrial applications, from small pumps and fans to compressors and conveyors.
From this analysis we can conclude that significant differences exists in the efficiency level for fractional polyphase motors, and that the savings from the more efficient products would result in significant energy savings in applications with high operating hours.

But, that's a pain and the job doesn't warrant the time and testing, so I was hoping to find an "off the shelf" design that fits--with pre-computed coefficients or a coefficient calculator.
I looked at the musicdsp.org archives and found the polyphase IIR source code there, including coefficients: http://musicdsp.org/archive.php?classid=3#39 So, I could use those coefficients (of course as far as the code, I'd pre-decimate the paths and drop the filter orders to one).
