		The music on Pork Soda also drifts further from the "thrash funk" style that dominated the band's previous two albums into a more obscure heavier sound.

		On most songs on pork soda(Bob especially) it sounds like he crunches when he taps, if that indeed is what hes doing, im pretty sure it is. How does he get that sound?
		On a more serious note, he uses a MXR M-80 Bass D.I.++, which is responsible for his distortion, so it could well be to do with that.
		On pork soda I know he used Ampeg Tube amps, so he might have had the gain up a little to get a dirty tube sound.
