		While its movepool is actually fairly limited, it just happens to learn all of the right moves to compliment its stats.
		Porygon2 has the potential to take out the three major pseudo-Hazers (Skarmory, Rhydon, and Suicune) with the Ice Beam/Thunder set, which really can help out a sweeper that is powerful but has trouble with the pseudo-Hazers (Victreebel is a prime example of this).

		In essense, Porygon2 makes every energy card on the field a Rainbow Energy.
		It's a basic Grass energy card that is providing [R] energy, meaning that it cannot be discarded if the attack says "discard a basic [R] energy..." because it's a basic Grass energy, not a basic Fire energy.
