  The Waco Massacre
At dawn on April 19, 1993, and throughout the morning, tanks rammed holes in the main building and pumped (in the FBI's words) "massive amounts" of CS gas into the building, despite knowing that inside were more than a dozen children.
In April 2003, marking the tenth anniversary of the Waco Massacre, a new film was released.
Waco: A New Revelation is a film so disturbing that before it was even released, it triggered new investigations in both houses of Congress and prompted the United States Department of Justice to reopen its own investigation into the events at Waco.

For Sanchez and Myrick, film school was an open laboratory where they were free to experiment with the equipment and learn from their mistakes.

When I heard about 1993’s film version of The Fugitive, I figured this would be just another lame adaptation of an old TV show, and I cringed when I first saw previews for it.
His work is almost as predictable as the tides; while he occasionally chooses some weak films in which to appear, it's very hard to think of any genuinely poor performances that he has given.
This new special edition disc marks the film’s second release on DVD; the original movie-only package was one of the very first DVDs to hit the streets back in the spring of 1997.

Of course having taken so much time to perfect the first film, Singer was understandably protective of the franchise and in no rush to crank out a by-the-numbers, quick cash-in sequel; a fact that resulted in skyrocketing expectations on the part of fans and much speculation as to where he would go with the series.
The film garnered critical acclaim and the director became a legend in the England, UK and the cult film circuit.

Urban Legends Reference Pages: Automobiles (Maybe You Can Drive My Car)
In short, if you're an adult and a law enforcement officer (with proper identification) requests your help in catching or arresting a suspect, re-capturing an escaped arrestee or prisoner, or preventing a crime, you are required by law to oblige or face a fine ranging from $50 to $1,000.
This isn't surprising, since the invocation of posse comitatus to commandeer automobiles rarely occurs outside of movies, and even when it does, most citizens instinctively obey the orders of policemen without stopping to ponder whether they have a legal right to issue such orders.
And if someone did balk at surrendering his car, the cop involved would likely be too busy trying to continue the pursuit to take the time to jot down the uncooperative driver's license number for later prosecution.

USCCB - (Film and Broadcasting) - Posse
Posse -- Returning from fighting in the Spanish-American War in 1898 Cuba, a small band of African-American soldiers (headed by Mario Van Peebles) and a white comrade (Stephen Baldwin) head West to settle a score with the sheriff (Richard Jordan) who murdered their leader's peace-loving father.
Also directed by Van Peebles, the movie certainly doesn't skimp on shootouts and portrays vigilante justice uncritically, but it also reminds viewers of the not insignificant presence of African-American settlers in the development of the West and of the particular hardships they encountered.
L -- limited adult audience, films whose problematic content many adults would find troubling.
