Ownt.com - Postal 2 Review   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-09-19)
Postal 2 isn't developed by some pansy developer that gives into the rating system thinking, "Hey, if the game has a lower ESRB rating, more people will be able to buy it." They make the most violent, indeed, the most intense violent game to push the limits.
While multiplayer could have been fun, most likely if Postal 2 had multiplayer it would have damaged the single player experience due to the developer working on one or the other for a certain amount of time and not working on the title for the amount of time that was needed for both.
Postal 2 is for those who find no shame in loading up classic first person shooters and going at it finding the secrets in the game while blasting every living thing in site.

 Encyclopedia: ZIP Code
ZIP Codes are numbered with the first digit representing a certain group of U.S. states, the second and third digits together representing a region in that group (or perhaps a large city), and the fourth and fifth digits representing more specific areas, such as small towns or regions of that city.
For example, ZIP codes beginning with 0 and 1 are in use in New York; beginning with 2 and 5, in the District of Columbia; and beginning with 7 and 8, in Texas.
Because Silver Spring (whose postal area includes Wheaton) has its own prefix, 209, there was no need to apply the reshuffling to Silver Spring; instead, all mail going to 209xx ZIP codes was simply rerouted to the new sectional center facility.

Postal 2 will be a strictly first-person romp through a typical week in the combat boots of the Postal Dude as he "goes postal" on the fully-populated, free-roaming, fictional town of Paradise, Arizona.
Postal 2's slightly goofy body physics smack loudly of the rag-doll mechanics found in the recent Minority Report, particularly when foes are booted around with the player's Kick command (a last-ditch but satisfying attack when ammo for all other weapons is temporarily depleted).
The catch is that you, as the Postal Dude, aren't the only one who can suddenly 'go postal,' and when the residents of Paradise start to violently freak out around you, brandishing all manner of weaponry, you are left with a range of options.

This is because no matter how demure the Postal Dude tries to be, he will be made the victim of roving groups of psychopaths, such as the video game protestors who attack the Running With Scissors company when the player arrives to pick up his paycheck, or the Pulp Fiction/Deliverance redneck sodomites that kidnap him.
