Rememberance day, which means that on the 11th of the 11th at 11am, the country takes a minute's silence to remember the victory and sacrifices of World War I. Even the radio stations do it on air.
If you do notice some minor quality deffiency, it's because I had to compress the comic so that it was less than 500KB in order to comply with the restrictions of my free host, however the comic looks fine to me so it should be alright.
With that said, Girl Power issue 57 is now online, and I've broken up for half term, (2 weeks for me, college rules!) So there's a chance you might be getting double issues in the next fortnight, including a possible Halloween special.

She had blond shoulder length hair and a full figure, so I immediately thought of Power Girl, an alternate world version of Superman's cousin who first appeared in All Star Comics #58 in 1976.
I've had this web site for a long time but never really posted anything on it of my own, so I decide to post my Power Girl image here, along with a step by step tour of how I created it.
Once I'd created my own Power Girl photo, I found a couple of other sites on the net with similar photos, including several of Power Girl, one of which was quite similar to my own.
