  Power Line - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Power Line is a conservative blog run by three lawyers, John H. Hinderaker ("Hindrocket"), Scott W. Johnson ("The Big Trunk") and Paul Mirengoff ("Deacon").
Power Line came under criticism from left-wing blogs Daily Kos and Eschaton when Hindrocket stated that former US President Jimmy Carter was "on the other side", which they interpreted to mean 'sympathetic to terrorists'.
Power Line is part of the Northern Alliance Radio Network, which hosts a weekly radio show of the same name in Minnesota.

The Minnesota Power Company GTE is refusing to build a 65,000 kv power line next to an existing line on the grounds that the new line would come within 80 feet of houses.
Georgia Transmission Corp., which installs power lines for the state's 39 electric membership cooperatives, said the planned 230 KV lines are needed in the county to keep pace with population growth and economic development.
The power line debate has escalated as residents between Grayson and Lawrenceville are protesting a plan by the Municipal Electric Association of Georgia to put new transmission lines in their area.

 The Fine Line
This blog, on the other hand, is my own personal soapboax/journal for stories ranging from commentaries on dealing with cultural stigmas and stereotypes about mental illnesses to more personal reflections on topics like how, at times, the most courageous act one can do is to simply get out of bed.
My own personal hope for this blog is to be able to find the energy on a weekly basis to publish some story here.
That's one of the Catch-22s of having a CND: the disorder and the side effects of the medications you take to cope with it are often so draining you hardly have the energy to do anything about it.

They easily deserve such great credit for Rathergate, as it's doubtful that any of us would have quickly taken the steps to carefully scrutinize the suspicious documents without their prescient vetting and convincing presentation of what initially seemed like a run-of-the-mill conspiracy theory from the fever swamps of the internet.
The daily excellence of their blog is also a key factor, of course.
These kudos don't even touch the dozens of bloggers that stepped up with important investigative work, the important summary work done by Allahpundit and Instapundit, or the vital, steadfast leadership of Hugh Hewitt and Jim Geraghty during the highs and lows of the investigation.
