I returned the bike in the same excellent shape that I received it from the store clearly stating that I was very displeased with the cheap, soft and heavy metal alloys used in the manufacturing of the Mountain Bike.
Praktiker would not give me a refund when I was in their store with the Mountain Bike firmly stating that I am 24 hours to late to return the unwanted bike.
I am dissappointed in both Praktiker policy of not caring enough about customers to work with them and I was dissapointed in the cheap, soft and heavy metal alloys that gone into the manufacturing of this Mountain Bike that tries very hard to look like a high quality well made Mountain Bike...

Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of Praktiker AG, Germany's second-largest home-improvement company, rose as much as 2.8 percent on their first day of trading after Metro AG raised 500 million euros ($587 million) in an initial public offering.
Metro was forced to lower its price range to between 14 euros and 15 euros from between 16 euros and 19 euros previously as investors shied away from Germany's languishing retail market.
Its chief executive, Wolfgang Werner, plans to use the 116 million euros the company raised in the IPO by selling new shares to open outlets in eastern European markets such as Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania, where growth is faster.
