		That said, this highly anticipated movie didn't turn out to be as great as I hoped it might, but also didn't turn out to be as bad as it could have either.
		I recently watched the original PREDATOR on DVD (it still comes through) and within the film's first 10 minutes, they were all locked, stocked and in the jungle, ready to kick mighty ass.
		That said, there were very few of the "kills" that I remember because the camera cut away before we saw anything, nothing about the movie was scary or suspenseful and the lead actress had none of the charm, strength or bite required for such a role.

		CB - You know, Predator 2 gets some major flak for being a "bad" movie, but when I was younger Predator 2 really appealed to me more, because I got to see more of the Predator and all his gadgets & weapons.
		Again, we built our Predator costume from scratch, except for the Helmet, which the Wisconsin fellow purchased before he ever contacted me. The Wisconsin fellow supplied costumes and replica weapons for all the actors; we brought our Minigun (the same one used in Dark Jungle, only with more accurate barrels) along for Tom's character, Johnston.
		His original intent was that I would film the movie, edit the film and create the special effects, and maybe chip in a little on the Predator costume here and there.

		For this movie they were teamed up with Director John McTiernan who, though he has had his misses, has also had some great hits with such Thrillers as DIE HARD, THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER, THE 13th WARRIOR, and DIE HARD 3.
		In fact, to save time let's just say that if you are fl, and in a Schwarzenneger action movie, then you are not a good guy, probably a bad guy, and Arnold is going to kill you personally or leave you for dead.
		As the movie progresses and the body count builds, pride fails, weapons are useless, and learned disciplines, invented for use against a human foe, no longer apply.
