		Pret A Manger, the food chain which has grown from humble beginnings to more than 100 stores across Britain, has launched a campaign against a European-wide ban on its stocks of crayfish.
		Pret A Manger customers are now being invited to join a campaign to reverse the blanket ban and put crayfish back on the menu.
		Pret's unusual recipes have taken the British sandwich market by storm since the company was set up in 1986 by Sinclair Beecham and Julian Metcalfe, one-time office workers who were tired of the unappetising fare on offer for their hurried lunches.
